With a scrumptious selection that includes 30 nine-inch pies and 5 dozen four-inch pies, valued at approximately $1200, we're ensuring our guests experience the warm embrace of autumn. Thanks to our collaborative efforts with the bakery and a supportive home insurance agent, we've secured advantageous pricing and sponsorship, guaranteeing their presence at the event and extending invitations to join us.

But our event goes beyond delicious pies; it embodies teamwork and community spirit. Any unclaimed pies during the designated pickup times will be shared with local businesses and partners who couldn't attend, amplifying our support for the community.

Our 'Fall in Love' series is not limited to the event itself; we've meticulously planned Before, During, and After actions to maximize your engagement. From special invites through October, database outreach, and social media promotion before the event to being present during the event itself, we've got it covered. Following the event, we'll express our gratitude with personalized thank-you cards and business cards for attendees. We'll also follow up with calls, extending well wishes for the holiday season.

Even if some pies remain unclaimed, we've devised a thoughtful drop-off plan, distributing them to realtor offices we've collaborated with in the past, referral partners in proximity, or utilizing them as pop-byes for your office complex, small businesses, or builder models.

And that's not all! Simultaneously, we invite you to participate in our 'Fall Photo Drop' contest, aptly named "Fall Photo Drop Contest: Capture the Colors." This contest is an opportunity to engage your past clients and preapprovals in the vibrant colors of the season. Participants can showcase their photography skills, celebrating the beauty of autumn while vying for an enticing grand prize. As a bonus, it's a fantastic time for preapprovals during our Fall Series, offering additional weekly drawings for lender credits of $100 off closing costs.
