Already Set Up For You

 

  1. Surefire Top of Mind CRM account - You should have received your login credentials via email from welcome@topofmind.com. Check your spam if you don’t see it.

  2. LO Website – Your new website address is coming shortly!

  3. Outlook Signature – The first time you restart your computer your new signature will appear.

  4. Experience.com Review Account/ Survey Transfers coming!

 

 

Head’s Up: Automated Marketing Begins!

 

Here’s what will start going out once you have contacts or closed loans in Surefire:

 

    1. Pre-approval nurture campaign – Begins when you check the Encompass “Pre-qualified Client” checkbox. Runs for 180 days or until an application begins.

    2. In-process Milestone Marketing – Begins once an application is taken. Keeps clients and agents updated on loan status. Runs until the loan funds.

    3. Post-close Marketing – Begins after funding. Keeps you in touch with clients after closing.

 

 


How About Social Media?

 

If you’d like assistance updating your social media accounts or having content posted on your behalf up to 3x/week, request assistance by following the steps below:

 

  1. Fill out the Marketing Request Form.

  2. Under “Type of Request” select “Social Media”

  3. Fill in the details of your request. If you have multiple requests, select “Other” and fill in the details where you can provide a description.

 


Note: Under “Branch,” select your branch or “New Branch” if you don’t see your branch listed.

 

Need to Update Your Contact Information Across All Marketing Systems?

 

  1. Fill out the Marketing Request Form.

  2. Under “Update contact information across all marketing materials” select “Update Marketing Profile Info”

  3. Type your changes.

 TRANSITION QUESTION AND ANSWERS

What is the company name? Element Home Loans

How will I get my apply now application link? Once the company receives notification of your license status from the NMLS, Licensing will send you a "congrats" email. IT Onboarding will receive that email and will set up your application link and reply, providing with your link.

When will my LO website be ready? Within a maximum of 6 business hours after IT Onboarding emails your application link.

How can I request changes to my Loan Originator website? Request changes via the Wrike request form. Wrike request (https://www.nfmlending.com/marketing- request-form).

TIP: If you need help with multiple items at once, on Wrike under Type of Request, select General Assistance and explain all of your needs there.

What CRM is available for Loan Originators to use? Surefire by Top of Mind

What’s in Surefire? Flyers, emails, texts, social posts, open house materials, landing pages (including single property websites), and so much more. Co-branding is also possible.

When will my Surefire CRM be set up? LOs approved to have an account will have their account automatically set up within a maximum of 6 business hours after IT Onboarding emails your application link.

Your login credentials will be emailed to you from Welcome@topofmind.com (check your spam).

If you didn’t get an account and want one, request approval from your BRM and include that approval when requesting an account by submitting a Wrike Request Form.

Is there a charge for Surefire? A full seat (Loan Originator) is $65. A support seat is $20.

Can I give someone else access to help manage my Surefire? Yes, upon branch manager approval, you can request a support seat by filling out a Wrike Request Form. Be sure to paste your manager’s approval in the request.

When will I be trained on Surefire? Training will be available about 1-2 weeks after you join. If you need assistance sooner, please reach out to ElementMarketplace@elementhl.com.

I want to change my contact information across all of my marketing accounts. What's the easiest way? Fill out a Wrike Request Form and select "Update my Marketing Profile Info" under "Update contact information across all marketing materials?"

How can I add team members to my Loan Originator website? Fill out a Wrike Request Form, providing the list of team members you'd like to include.

Where can I find my Surefire login? Your login credentials will be emailed to you from Surefire at welcome@topofmind.com. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your Junk folder.

When will my Experience.com review page be set up? It will automatically be set up for you within one week.

How is my Outlook Signature created and updated? Your Outlook will automatically update with your email signature the first time you restart your computer. To request changes to your contact information, please fill out the Wrike Request Form.

Can someone help me with my social media? To request assistance updating your social media pages or opting in to having content posted on your behalf, please request assistance by filling fill out the Wrike Request Form.

How do I get help updating my Google My Business page? If you can’t update Google My Business and need help, please fill out the Wrike Request Form and we’ll see how we can help!

I use MBS Highway, how do I get it moved over? This will automatically happen for you within one week.

I use Mortgage Coach, how do I get it moved over? This will automatically happen for you within one week.

I need the Element Home Loans logo, where can I get it? Email ElementMarketplace@elementhl.com to request it.

I have an old marketing item that I need updated with the new logo. How do I get help? Email ElementMarketplace@elementhl.com for assistance.
